Benefit Details 20% of qualified spend in state; 5% Off Season Projects Bonus; 5% Family-Friendly Projects Bonus; 5% Underutilized Region Bonus; 5% Qualified Production Facility/Digital Media Facility Bonus; 15% FL Student/Recent Graduate.  Bonus. Maximum combined total is 30%. 

60% minimum of cast and BTL crew positions must be legal FL residents.

Annual Cap $296,000,000 through June 30, 2016
